If you need to return your item(s), you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 24 hrs of delivery. You may request your RA# by phone at 215-923-0300 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must conform to the following policy:
Original tags and packaging intact.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Footwear MUST be in original box and inside protective shipping box. Handbags, jewelry, and evening wear cannot be returned.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
There is no charge for exchanges for a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange for any alternative merchandise, we suggest returning for a store credit and applying your credit to your new purchase.
An RA# must be requested within 3 days of receiving order. Item(s) must be returned to the store no later than 7 days of receiving order. Returns outside of these time frames may only be accepted at the discretion of ERDON, and will only be given in the form of a store credit. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All refunds will be credited the same way as original payment, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Gifts may be returned for ERDON store credit within 3 days of receipt. You will need to register your details to establish an account.
