If you need to return your item(s), you must first request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 24 hrs of delivery. You may request your RA# by phone at 215-923-0300 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must conform to the following policy:
Original tags and packaging intact.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Footwear MUST be in original box and inside protective shipping box. Handbags, jewelry, and evening wear cannot be returned. All policies are subject to change at the discrection of ERDON.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
ALL PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS U.S. ARE FINAL SALE.
There is no charge for exchanges for a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange for any alternative merchandise, we suggest returning for a store credit and applying your credit to your new purchase.
Due to popular demand, certain collections will be available for pre-order before they arrive in store. This allows customers to insure their size. All pre-orders must be paid for in full in advance. Preorders may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days once the garment arrives in store or once the garment is delivered to you. Customers will be notified of arrival or ship date VIA email or phone call. All Special Orders are FINAL SALE.
An RA# must be requested within 24 hrs of receiving order. Item(s) must be returned to the store no later than 7 days of receiving order. Returns outside of these time frames may only be accepted at the discretion of ERDON, and will only be given in the form of a store credit. Late Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All refunds will be credited the same way as original payment, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Gifts may be returned for ERDON store credit within 7 days of receipt. You will need to register your details to establish an account.
